# GDG AI HACK 2026

> A free 3-day AI hackathon organized by Google Developer Groups (GDG PoliMi and GDG Cloud Milano).

- **Locations:** Google Milan (Friday May 8, networking) · Randstad Box, Milan (Saturday-Sunday May 9-10, hackathon)

- **Participants:** 160 (40 teams of 4)

- **Who Should Apply:** Developers, students, designers, and AI enthusiasts of all experience levels. Apply solo or with a team of up to 4.

## Tracks

- **Learn Different (Braynr)** -- AI for Education: product design, EdTech, learning science, cross-disciplinary
- **See Beyond (Luxonis)** -- Vision AI: computer vision, depth sensing, edge AI, OAK cameras
- **Cut the Cord (MSI)** -- On-Device AI: on-device AI, edge computing, privacy, low latency

Additionally: 10 side challenges alongside the 3 main tracks. Each participant gets $5 in GCP credits ($40 per team) and free access to ElevenLabs.
