We review applications on a rolling basis. There's no single profile we're after — we want a diverse mix of skills and backgrounds. Here's what helps your application stand out:

Technical curiosity — show us what you've built, even if it's small
A portfolio or repos — no pre-existing project required, but side projects help us understand your skills
Motivation — tell us why you want to be there and what you'd build
Team diversity — cross-disciplinary teams (dev + design + domain) tend to do well
